Hypnotherapy For Me

Solution focused Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be used to change unwanted patterns of behaviour, breaking the negative cycle of depression and anxiety and by accessing the subconscious mind we can activate more positive patterns of thoughts and behaviour, allowing you to discover and utilise your own internal resources and to move away from those unhelpful and painful patterns of behaviour, empowering you to learn new skills for living better.

With your commitment, you should start to see significant changes relatively quickly which will set in motion solutions to your problems.

The focus is on what you would like to achieve rather than dwelling on the past and your problems.  Build on the positive aspects of your life and learn how you can use your own natural abilities to find solutions and cope more positively and calmly with life’s challenges.

Hypnosis is similar to daydreaming which you will already be familiar with as we all go into this trance state many times a day, a state of focused attention where we are oblivious to external distractions and is perfectly safe and natural. Hypnosis is a way of achieving this relaxed state of consciousness so that we can direct and focus the mind on beneficial goals and positive outcomes whether that is stopping smoking, changing eating habits, overcoming fears and phobias and much more.
