Hypnosis is similar to daydreaming which you will already be familiar with as we all go into this trance state many times a day, a state of focused attention where we are oblivious to external distractions and is perfectly safe and natural. Hypnosis is a way of achieving this relaxed state of consciousness so that we can direct and focus the mind on beneficial goals and positive outcomes whether that is stopping smoking, changing eating habits, overcoming fears and phobias and much more.
Sessions and Fees
Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
FREE and includes relaxation CD or download
Subsequent sessions (60 minutes)
Specific phobias are generally dealt with in 3 sessions plus the initial consultation: generalised anxiety and other issues usually take between 8 – 12 sessions plus the initial consultation.
Stop Smoking single session (120 minutes)
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give 24 hours notice, otherwise there will be a cancellation charge of £15.
Payment is made at the end of each session either by cash or cheque.
